    How Our Plans Work

    • Each plan gives you a fixed number of credits valid for 1 month or 1 year
    • Credits are consumed each time you use a tool
    • Access stops when credits reach zero or the plan period expires — whichever comes first
    • No auto-renewal. All plans are one-time purchases — you manually repurchase when needed

    Cancellation Policy

    • All MathToWord plans are one-time purchases — there are no recurring subscriptions and no auto-renewals
    • Since there is no subscription to cancel, no cancellation is required
    • Your plan simply expires at the end of the purchased period (1 month or 1 year), and you will not be charged again
    • If you wish to stop using the service, simply do not repurchase a plan — no action is needed on your part

    International Purchases (Outside India)

    Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders outside India. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for international purchases.

    You have the right to a full refund within 7 days of your transaction date, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with no additional fees.

    Exception: The right to cancel does not apply if you have already consumed credits through active use of the tool, as permitted under applicable consumer law.

    Indian Purchases (India Only)

    Indian purchases are processed securely via Cashfree Payments, our authorized payment gateway for domestic transactions.

    You may request a full refund within 7 days of your transaction date, no questions asked. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.

    Exception: Refunds will not be processed if all purchased credits have already been fully consumed through active use of the tool.

    Common Questions

    Will I be charged automatically when my plan expires?

    No. MathToWord does not auto-charge. All plans are one-time purchases. You manually buy a new plan when you need more credits.

    I bought a yearly plan. Can I get a refund after 2 months?

    Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests after 7 days will not be processed.

    I used some credits but want a refund. Am I eligible?

    If you are within 7 days and have not fully consumed all your credits, contact us and we will review your request.
